So, after a day full of crazy cleaning, preparing for our friends to come over for a fantasy football draft, finding out we are pregnant, and making and picking up the cards....Jeff gets home and it's time. So, as I am trying to write his name on the envelope....literally last minute, he comes in...so the envelope literally says "Mr. Ki" haha and I hand it to him and say "this is for you".
He reads it. He reads it again.....didn't even read the whole thing and looked up and said "For Real?" with this deer in headlights kind of look!
He was so excited and couldn't believe it, once he realized what was going on! He said initially he was so confused and thought it was a Thank You Card from Tim and Annie's wedding but wasn't sure why it would have our picture on it and come in so soon....haha. Then as soon as he read Baby Kiss, he stopped reading, he never even read the whole thing until the next day!
Then we decided to take our very first pregnancy photo to remember this day forever, and for possible use on birth announcements ;)!
And then we were off to host our Fantasy Football Party that night and a Work Party for Jeff's Air Traffic Controller friends on Monday night, and somehow keep this huge secret to ourselves...now how would we do that?!?!?
